NEPCON 2025 - General Instructions

• The official language of the conference is English and all sessions will be in English.
• Keep your mobile phone in silent mode while attending the scientific sessions.
• Dress Code: Participants are advised to wear business casual for all conference functions and programs.
• You can collect your kit during registration from the lobby anytime between 10:00 - 16:00 Hours from 22-24 May 2025.
• Delegate Badge with QR Code must be worn at all times during the conference, lunches, and gala dinners.
• Badges will not be re-issued once issued (take a photo of your badge for safekeeping).
• All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees.
• Accompanying spouses and children registered for the conference will be eligible to participate in lunch, gala dinner, and cultural programs.
• Registered foreign participants will receive an official invitation letter for visa application purposes.
• Do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time. Organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
• Attendees are encouraged to practice safe infection prevention measures. Masks are optional but recommended for symptomatic individuals.
• Additional Lunch (3500 NPR) or Gala Dinner (4500 NPR) coupons are available for purchase at the registration desk.
• Delegates will receive their Digital Certificate of Attendance via email, mentioning their daily attendance.
• Faculties can collect their souvenir at the registration desk at the end of their talk.
